Most of Poles (58%) devotes to cooking from 45 minutes to 1,5 hours a day. Poles like to eat homemade meals. Do they do it for the sake of saving?     We like cooking, but we do it less and less at home, or we cook for 2-3 days. We try to limit sugar and fat, that's why we bake little. Sometimes I prefer to buy 1 or 2 pieces of cake, then I don't have to eat the whole cake mold, delicious but very calorie. And I already liked Beko some time ago, when I bought a new washer-dryer.       Instead of white sugar, I have been using coconut or birch sugar for some time. They are great and healthier substitutes, and baked goods do not lose their taste.

    Personally, I don't like cooking. As long as I lived with my parents, my mother always made sure that we had a warm dinner and such, but since I live alone I don't cook almost at all. I started eating out and it probably mainly contributed to the arrival of a couple of extra kilos.

      I can't imagine eating all the time in the city. Mainly due to the fact that we have some restrictions on places due to our diet. In addition, I do not always like the way of seasoning dishes in restaurants, because too often pepper is added (I do not like this spice and I do not use almost at all).

      Costs are another argument - eating out in good quality places is simply expensive.
