Apple vinegar

As you probably noticed - for some time I have been trying to largely give up cosmetics offered by cosmetics companies, and I began to use more cosmetics that nature provides us. After siemieniu linen and rice water the time has come for Apple vinegar.
apple cider vinegar for hair
Apple cider vinegar can be bought at the grocery store (note! it must be apple cider vinegar, not apple spirit !!!) or make it yourself according to the recipe:
  • We wash and cut a few large apples into small pieces together with the skin and the seed nests. We put it in a large jar and pour it with sweet, boiled water in the proportion: 1 sugar spoon for a glass of water.
  • We plug the dish, tying it with canvas at the top. We keep in a warm place for about four weeks - apples must ferment. From time to time, we mix everything with a wooden spoon. Pour the vinegar into the bottles, filtering through gauze.
Making apple cider vinegar yourself - we are sure that it is 100% natural and it certainly won't hurt us.
Apple cider vinegar is an invaluable treasure:
,, This is a source of vitamins: A, B1, B2, B6, C, E, P and beta-carotene. It is effective against bacteria, contains many essential minerals and trace elements, such as potassium, calcium, magnesium, phosphorus, chlorine, sodium, sulfur, copper, iron, silicon and fluorine. In addition, a very valuable component is pectin present in it, which improves digestion, lowers cholesterol, improves the condition of blood vessels, prevents atherosclerosis and hypertension. Apple cider vinegar, thanks to the content of antioxidants, delays the aging process, has a positive effect on the heart and the immune system. "
Apparently, apple cider vinegar supports weight loss. However, there is a lot of controversy as well as understatements around this issue. Therefore, I will not raise this topic in today's note. Maybe another time…
I will try to list its most important properties in my opinion.
1. Apple cider vinegar for hair:
  • cleanses hair of shampoo and conditioner residues
  • prevents oily hair
  • prevents hair loss
  • as an anti-dandruff agent
  • restores the natural pH level of the scalp
  • nourishes, shines hair
A lotion for shiny hair: we mix half a glass of vinegar and a half glass of water (preferably boiled or filtered. Hair is rinsed in the last washing phase - after rinsing the shampoo from the hair.
This mixture can be poured into an empty package that will allow us to spray hair. Wait a few minutes 5-10 and rinse thoroughly (I recommend using lukewarm water for rinsing the hair).
Wcierka against hair loss: apple cider vinegar can also be used as hair grates. It is enough to rub a small amount of apple cider vinegar into the scalp.
2. Apple cider vinegar for a beautiful, smooth complexion:
  • heals acne
  • has anti-wrinkle effect
  • restores the skin's natural pH level
  • softens the skin
  • helps fight scars
  • nourishes
  • moisturizes
  • purified
Vinegar for bathing: just add a few teaspoons of apple cider vinegar to the bath.
Acetic tonic: 1 / 2 glasses of water, 1 / 4 glasses of vinegar. Wash the face twice a day with this mixture.
For sensitive skin, increase the amount of water relative to the amount of vinegar.
3. Apple cider vinegar treats:
  • cough
  • sore throat
  • insomnia
  • nausea
  • vomiting
  • cleanses the kidneys
Blend for health: 2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar, 2 spoons honey, 1 / 2 cups of boiled water. It may not be super tasty, but as our grandmothers say - effective medicine is learned by taste. The ones that twist their mouths give the best results;)
Anemia mix: 1 / 2 glasses of boiled water, 1 spoon of vinegar, two teaspoons of honey. We drink 2 prepared in this way times a day.
High pressure: three times a day we drink a glass of water with 1 with a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar.
Fatigue: 1 glass of cold sparkling or still water, 1 spoon of honey, 3-4 spoon of apple cider vinegar. We drink this mixture on an empty stomach. Mmm delicious start to the day;)
Have you used apple cider vinegar? If so, for what effects?

Give it a try, M.która with very thick hair praises this lotion :) I will persuade her to comment on the subject of thick hair and this lotion :)

I read your entries and I have to add my three groszy, I have thick, heavy, very thick hair, in wet weather I look like I would get out of the shower and in this case a lotion of this type is a problem, my hair won't fall apart. I will add that I have straight hair, I cannot use only lotions and lotions for styling. To sum up if you have heavy, strong hair, I suppose that this lotion will not help you either.
ps. I don't use 2 shampoos or conditioners, the only shampoo is apis-minerals from the Dead Sea. Regards.

I use apple cider vinegar successfully for months. Not enough that it closes the cuticles beautifully, it is a wonderful tonic for the face and saved me for a long month against colds.

I warmly welcome. I've been using apple cider vinegar for about a year. I make it myself from my own apples. It is sensational in the diet. I especially recommend it to people who have varicose veins of the lower extremities. You definitely have to use it for a long time but it's worth it. For health, because it is the most important. Making such drugs is a pleasure. greetings

I have so many apples that I think I'll try.
If I throw apples into the 5L jar, all I have to do is wrap it on the outside with a cloth, or do I have to turn it off?

    • Avatar GoodForYouDP 25 October 2012 / 04: 03

We don't screw vinegar. The "screw cap" is gauze. It's best to fold it in several layers and only make a cover of it :)

and everything is clear 🙂 Thank you 🙂

I have heard a lot about this specificity and I hope that I will finally buy it and test it for myself 🙂

I use and recommend. As a comfortable person I buy this Rossmann, it is 100% natural. I use for rinsing my hair, drinking (a tablespoon of vinegar, water, lemon) as a cleansing drink and when I get over it. Great for me. MOJK;)

    • Avatar GoodForYouDP 25 October 2012 / 04: 01

I read that this Rossmann is ok, I have a lot of apples in total (yesterday my mother gave us a gift after visiting the plot), but I'm afraid of the smell at home: P

    • Avatar GoodForYouDP 25 October 2012 / 04: 06

the eveline beauty blog - I recommend. I used once with my mother in the morning diluted in water. From what I remember, my immunity improved and I didn't have stomach pain.
I applied a dozen or so times to my hair. At first, they may seem a bit stinky, but the odor winds up after a few minutes. The same when using vinegar as a tonic.

I put undiluted apple cider vinegar on the big pimple (literally for a minute). I have the impression that it disappears faster then;)

in a free moment I have to do it; D

    • Avatar GoodForYouDP 24 October 2012 / 19: 44

Nothing difficult, but I wonder if the whole house won't stink: P

    • Avatar Anonymous 5 February 2013 / 09: 11

don't worry, the smell evaporates quickly 😉
I rinsed my hair with vinegar yesterday. at a time when the dry vinegar was barely noticeable, and when it was dry, you couldn't feel it at all 🙂
I recommend vinegar rinse (I made over half a glass + 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar + a few drops of lemon juice). I rinsed my hair after washing the shampoo and applying conditioner. The effect is great! Hair is extremely soft, moisturized and shiny.
