Do you also have a problem with spiders?

Low movement, sedentary work and life leads to the fact that the veins clog up. It is not as far away as you think. It probably reached me too.

problem with spider veins
I always thought that a predisposition to varicose veins (grandmother, mother, uncle, aunt) is nothing that will pass me by and I have nothing to worry about. In the end I'm young, it won't move me any more.
And I was wrong. For a long time I had terrible cramps in my calves, which I combined with the fact that when I was taking furaginium (a medicine for cystitis) I washed away magnesium completely. I took huge amounts, various types of magnesium - with potassium, calcium, I drank tomato juice and nothing helped.
Finally, I went to the doctor. The doctor prescribed varicose veins for me
The doctor got scared that such things happen to me at such a young age. I told her that calf cramps are getting more and more unpleasant, they wake me up at night and are more and more burdensome in everyday life.
There are many reasons for blood clots:
  • unhealthy nutrition
  • too little traffic
  • sedentary lifestyle
  • sedentary work
One reason may also be birth control pills, if you notice that taking pills, you have ailments such as swelling of the legs, sore legs, etc., it is worth mentioning to the gynecologist.
They work very well for varicose veins compression tightsthat oppress in places where there may be problems with circulation, including at the ankles. However, they are extremely uncomfortable (very cramped), and also quite expensive. Some time ago, such tights were released by the Scholl company, I am very happy with them. If you want a separate review of this product, let me know in the comment.
Compression tights they look like ordinary, certainly no one will guess that you are wearing healing tights. I recommend wearing them especially when you know that you will be walking long heels, because we will avoid feeling "heavy" legs.
In addition, body brushing and body peeling stimulate circulation.
When you notice that you have circulation problems, don't underestimate this. It's best to sign up for a hemangioma (unfortunately you have to wait a long time for a visit to this doctor) who will probably send you for a doppler test.
Doppler study it's nothing but a limb ultrasound. Unfortunately for National Health Fund you can only do one doppler of one leg. Apparently if there is something wrong in one leg, then too in the other. I don't believe it and when I was faced with the choice of which leg to give, I decided the one with which I have more problems;)
The examination itself is not painful and can detect any irregularities. I was just surprised that I had to bring my paper towels to wipe my leg after ultrasound fluid. Absurd, right ?;)
I am currently not taking any varicose vein medicine because I noticed that it doesn't really help me. I didn't really feel any difference. I feel better wearing compression tights. Recently, there are no more spiders on the legs. In the case when the problem continues to bother me, I will consider laser removal of varicose veins.

I also thought that at the age of 27 years getting spiders is rather impossible ... and you guessed it, I got it.

I also admit that I am a lazy dumpling, which due to the work behind the desk also does not like long and demanding treatment so I went along the line of least resistance and just signed up for closing the vessels with a laser. And you can judge me for such laziness and spending money, but hey, at least I solved the problem quickly and I have no trace of the problem.

Spiders are a bane. I wouldn't opt for laser closing of blood vessels because I have a very low pain threshold.

For me it is a genetic problem, because my grandmother and mother suffer from it and I already have spider veins, even though I am 25 years old mi I don't think there is any way to avoid them when you have such predispositions ... Laser is unfortunately the only prescription :/

Unfortunately, it's the same with me. We are the same age and we have the same problem ... sometimes I don't know what to do with it. Just like this new vessel has broken ...

For me it is also unfortunately family 🙁 I noticed improvement after changing the diet to vegetarian and the elimination in addition to meat: eggs and milk, which leaches calcium from the body.

I inherited this problem from my mother 😉 It is not painful for me, and cramps are dealt with by dark chocolate, but the spiders on the legs are visible and I am thinking about laser removal ...

I have the same problem. My whole body has a tendency to spider veins ... Starting from the face (weak blood vessels) to the legs.
Also, calf cramps are bothering me at night, and when I walk in too tight pants that squeeze under my knees, later I can't sleep all night so my legs don't 'break'. Nobody wants to believe me and I still hear 'so young and complaining about health, impossible'.

My husband has similar symptoms in one leg, he is cramped and can't wear anything tight, even in the groin.

In addition to spider veins on my legs, I recently noticed one varicose vein under my knee ... it is so bad for me ...
I additionally love to wear high heels - I know that it finishes my legs, but I don't complain about the lack of movement, during teenage years I used to run a lot in competitions and every day as part of training. I think my high shoes did it because nobody in my immediate family has varicose veins.

I feel sorry because I know the matter and it can be really painful.

I don't wear heels, it's a torment for my legs. I recommend you Scholl compression tights. I am very happy with them, because even after a whole day I have the impression that my legs are light as a feather. Even when I walk on stilts (yes, my legs die then ...). Now I saw in the new Treasury that a thinner version of these tights is to come out in the spring. And two colors, because currently they are only black. These tights are so cool that I think I will write a note about them, because they are really worth paying attention to.
