Darsonval - application, contraindications to the use of darsonval

disinfecting and bactericidal device
At the request of one of the readers, I will write you detailed applications, contraindications to using darsonval. The post was based on the instructions I received for the darsonval device, also called Derma Wand. If you are interested in how Darsonval differs from Derma Wand, be sure to check out this post, where I explain how these devices differ. In this post I focus mainly on the use and contraindications to use the device, and there is a bit of it. Before buying the device, especially with contraindications.

When can Darsonval help?

  • juvenile acne (in the instructions it is written to consult a dermatologist to use Darsonval for rosacea)
  • removing scars
  • skin firming
  • eliminating discoloration
  • oxygenation of the skin
  • skin disinfection after manual cleansing
  • herpes
  • inflammation of follicle
  • soothing the skin after depilation
  • dandruff
  • hair loss (including alopecia areata)
  • closing hair cuticles
  • eczema
  • stretch marks
  • mimic wrinkles (I have heard that it is also recommended for wrinkles related to skin aging)
  • sensory disturbances
  • frostbite
  • insomnia
  • sinus pain
  • muscle and joint pain
  • circulatory disorders
  • migraine
  • bulb nutrition disorders (weakening of the bulbs)
  • oily hair

Contraindications to the use of the Darsonval (Derma Wand) device

  • metal implants
  • fixed braces
  • epilepsy
  • allergies (fresh rash)
  • asthma
  • severely capillaries (I also have broken capillaries, but this is not a problem. This is really a capillary complexion)
  • swelling
  • hypertension
  • pregnancy
  • hyperactivity
  • fear of the sound of electricity
  • open wounds
  • fever / feverishness

Treatments that you can do with Darsonval

1. pelottic massage "mushroom" aimed at improving the general condition of the skin, a strong bactericidal effect
2. treatment of skin eczema with the help of a "mushroom" or "spot" pelota
3. relaxing massage with a tear pad
4. scalp cleansing and treatment
5. fight against frostbite
6. fight against pharyngitis
7. fight against problematic bays
When ordering, I received detailed descriptions of the above treatments (what and how to do). This is very helpful especially when you first use Darsonval. I usually use the "mushroom" pelottes, as well as the other "spot" pelottes (when a single pimple pops out) and the "tears" for darsonvalization around the nose.

Hi. I am waiting for the delivery of this device, I will use prada for keloids after surgery, I am counting on some effects. But I am worried about using darsonval on my face, I have some kind of screw in my tooth (in upper 4), I think it is a titanium crown and root inlay, I'm afraid that this may be an obstacle to using this device on my face. What do you think about this? Or maybe someone has some experience in this topic and will share their suggestions with me?

When it comes to metal elements, it's best to try to set Darsonval to the lowest power and see if everything is ok. The only thing that can happen - you may feel unpleasant tingling. Is your scar fresh? Because if you do, you'll notice the effects faster.

Hey, are the so-called age spots which in this case are the result of pregnancy (dark spots on the forehead) a contraindication to darsonvalization? greetings

As far as I know, it is not, but it is worth consulting a cosmetologist about this. Best wishes.

Hey, do you know if the tooth retainer does not interfere with the use of Darsonval ??

    • Avatar [Email protected] 28 June 2016 / 07: 19

Hey, metal parts are a contraindication to Darsonval. However, if you avoid this place on your face and do not use the full power of the device, nothing bad will happen.
A treatment with a permanent retainer can be unpleasant for you. You may feel a slight Darsonval electric shock when using the device (it is not dangerous to health).

Hi. I have a question about whether I can use darsonval after applying rinse conditioner on my hair. I have one from biovax and there is alcohol in it and I wonder if you can, of course, use darsonval after drying the hair? I will be grateful for your answer 🙂

Yes. If the hair is completely dry, you can use darsonval. The point is that the hair is not wet, because the pelota can then break.
