Diet compatible with the blood group - 0 group

I have long been planning to follow a "diet" consistent with mine blood group-A. I do not want to lose weight on a diet, but compensate for my frequent stomach aches, which are not known where they come from. Recently, I stated that probably the reason for this is eating ingredients that are harmful to my body. Although I eat a lot of vegetables, sometimes I eat something not healthy, although I know that I will regret it later ...

I have read a lot about this diet (there are general books - with advice on all blood groups as well as those where the good and bad ingredients for a given blood group are described. In the book you can also find recipes using good ingredients for us. Of course you can also come up with something for yourself knowing that it won't hurt us).

Books we can find include:

  • J. Peter Adam - Encyclopedia of health eat according to blood type
  • Catherine Whitney, Peter Adam - Cook according to your blood type
  • Dorota Augustyniak-Madejska- Health is in your blood! How to live in harmony with the blood group
  • Peter D'Adam - Eat according to your blood type. For pregnant women
There is a lot of literature on our market, so you will definitely find something in a nearby bookstore. With the above note I would like to open a series of notes about the above diet. Every few days a list of products will appear, as well as sample recipes with their application. All ingredients are divided into categories:
  • highly advisable
  • neutral
  • inadvisable

You can check the blood group by doing morphology;)

unfortunately that's not true. To know the blood type, you need to do a blood type test. In the results of ordinary morphology, no one gives a blood group ...

      Hello:)
quite possible, I did such a test on the occasion of morphology, but whether it is morphology itself or something additional, unfortunately I do not remember :)
