    This year I had two opportunities to check which group I have ... and I forgot 😀 Because I don't know. My father has AB, mother B, so I can have practically any 🙂 But I've already read about these diets and in total he looks practically and nutritious despite everything.

    It is true that the post does not apply to me, because I have group A, but I am interested in how your visit to the dermatologist went? 🙂
    In my case, the peeling and irritation actually disappeared after a few days, but black comedones got on my nose. I have to do a gentle peeling to get rid of them.

      Have you tried with gelatin? great removes blackheads;)
      I wrote in a previous post that I got duac gel for the night and 4akne. I read the composition of this supplement and it is quite interesting :)
      I am to stay with water and wash my face only with silver and micelles.

      Probably why dermatologists prescribe it. I wonder if it works :)
      Try it, gelatin cleans pores very nicely.
