Diet consistent with the blood group - group B

The second entry about the diet consistent with the blood group will apply to people who have a group B. I remind you that the following diet is not about slimming only choosing products that are favorable to our blood group. My goal is to get rid of recurrent stomach aches, which probably result from poor eating habits. If any of you have group zero I invite you to read the first post in this series.

Diet for blood group B.

MEAT AND POULTRY

HIGHLY INDICATED: venison, mutton, lamb, rabbit
NEUTRAL: veal, pheasant, beef, liver, turkey
inadvisable: bacon, goose, duck, quail, hearts, partridge, pork, ham

SEAFOOD AND FISH

HIGHLY INDICATED: cod, flounder, salmon, halibut, mackerel, sturgeon, pike, hake, sardines, salt
NEUTRAL: trout, perch, carp, whitefish, shark, herring, tuna, catfish
inadvisable: shrimps, lobster, smoked salmon, crab, mussels, mussels, oysters, octopus, crayfish, snails

DAIRY AND EGGS

HIGHLY INDICATED: skim milk, yogurt, kefir, sheep's milk, feta cheese, mozzarella, sheep's, ricotta, cottage cheese
