Low movement, sedentary work and life leads to the fact that the veins clog up. It is not as far away as you think. It probably reached me too.
I always thought that a predisposition to varicose veins (grandmother, mother, uncle, aunt) is nothing that will pass me by and I have nothing to worry about. In the end I'm young, it won't move me any more.
And I was wrong. For a long time I had terrible cramps in my calves, which I combined with the fact that when I was taking furaginium (a medicine for cystitis) I washed away magnesium completely. I took huge amounts, various types of magnesium - with potassium, calcium, I drank tomato juice and nothing helped.
Finally, I went to the doctor. The doctor prescribed varicose veins for me
The doctor got scared that such things happen to me at such a young age. I told her that calf cramps are getting more and more unpleasant, they wake me up at night and are more and more burdensome in everyday life.
There are many reasons for blood clots:
- unhealthy nutrition
- too little traffic
- sedentary lifestyle
- sedentary work
One reason may also be birth control pills, if you notice that taking pills, you have ailments such as swelling of the legs, sore legs, etc., it is worth mentioning to the gynecologist.
They work very well for varicose veins compression tightsthat oppress in places where there may be problems with circulation, including at the ankles. However, they are extremely uncomfortable (very cramped), and also quite expensive. Some time ago, such tights were released by the Scholl company, I am very happy with them. If you want a separate review of this product, let me know in the comment.
Compression tights they look like ordinary, certainly no one will guess that you are wearing healing tights. I recommend wearing them especially when you know that you will be walking long heels, because we will avoid feeling "heavy" legs.
In addition, body brushing and body peeling stimulate circulation.
When you notice that you have circulation problems, don't underestimate this. It's best to sign up for a hemangioma (unfortunately you have to wait a long time for a visit to this doctor) who will probably send you for a doppler test.
Doppler study it's nothing but a limb ultrasound. Unfortunately for National Health Fund you can only do one doppler of one leg. Apparently if there is something wrong in one leg, then too in the other. I don't believe it and when I was faced with the choice of which leg to give, I decided the one with which I have more problems;)
The examination itself is not painful and can detect any irregularities. I was just surprised that I had to bring my paper towels to wipe my leg after ultrasound fluid. Absurd, right ?;)
I am currently not taking any varicose vein medicine because I noticed that it doesn't really help me. I didn't really feel any difference. I feel better wearing compression tights. Recently, there are no more spiders on the legs. In the case when the problem continues to bother me, I will consider laser removal of varicose veins.
