Is it worth being a blogger these days?

how to set up a blog

The idea for this post was born after my thoughts on the blogosphere. I have been writing a blog since 2009 and believe me over the years, the blogosphere has undergone a huge metamorphosis. I'm not sure if it's better or worse.

I once wrote on the blog about the phenomenon "I take what I can", which means that bloggers and bloggers are already testing literally everything - my hit is erotic lingerie. But everyone sets the limits of decency.

Why is it worth being a blogger?

At present, there is a trend under the slogan "I am a blogger". It used to be something strange, sometimes even embarrassing. Today, anyone can be a blogger.

And it's beautiful, because thanks to it I visit a lot of interesting and surprising places. Thanks to blogs I've been to many wonderful places on Earth.

However, to be a good blogger you need a lot of time, a lot of self-denial and discipline. Because the most important thing is that the notes appear regularly. It's best to work out a schedule for posting so that the reader knows that he or she can expect scraps on a given day. You will see that after some time you will not even have to say when a new post appears, your readers will know it.

How to start blogging cooperation?

If you start cooperation with cosmetics or other companies, humility is the most important thing. If it doesn't work out the first time - don't give up, just keep writing. Everyone is afraid to be the "first", but after some time you will notice that companies are writing to you, and not the other way around.

It is also important to be a professional. If the company requires statistics for you from last month - you can send a screenshot from Google Analytics. Also write what is included in the price of the sponsored post or if it is a barter exchange - write a contract in which all terms of cooperation will be included. Thanks to this you will avoid unpleasant situations, because they can happen as well.

If you have any questions about cooperation - don't be afraid to ask. It is better if you agree everything when there is time, and not during the advertising campaign.
Summarizing: I wish all bloggers except hard work: meeting deadlines, humbleness and a lot of fun running a blog! :)

My path with blogging is just beginning, sometimes it's difficult to transfer your thoughts and ideas. Sometimes I think if it's appropriate to add such a post or not ... but I don't write it for money, just for myself and the recipients? greetings nice post

That's right - that's why I always write a post and then read it again and correct any errors or change anything.
I have nothing against sponsored entries - I admire bloggers and bloggers who make money on their blog. It's nice that they could make a source of income out of their passion 🙂

Blogs are great, I love reading them even though I don't always have enough time to comment :(

    • Avatar [Email protected] 30 August 2015 / 08: 32

It's also hard for me over time, but as soon as I have free time I look at other blogs 🙂

  3. Avatar Martin Em 26 August 2015 / 06: 52

Well, blogging is changing like everything else. And you must have self-denial 🙂

  4. Avatar Aneta Sawicka 25 August 2015 / 16: 13

I write mainly for pleasure and not for cooperation with companies 😉

now it is tragic .. a lot of gimbazy set up blogs and spam where possible for observation 🙁

    • Avatar [Email protected] 25 August 2015 / 17: 27

Unfortunately, cosmetics companies are not so willing to cooperate with such people 🙁

  5. Avatar Beata Nowak 25 August 2015 / 14: 16

I'm really glad that more and more people create blogs. However, some go only for views and observations. I noticed a growing phenomenon such as "comment for comment, observation for observation": <

    • Avatar [Email protected] 25 August 2015 / 15: 19

Observations for observations etc. are such a broad topic that it would be suitable for a separate note 😉

Yesterday I had such a day of reflection and stated that a blog is such a part-time job only that without a fixed payment 🙂 It is also a hobby but associated with reliability, perseverance, ingenuity and responsibility.

    • Avatar [Email protected] 25 August 2015 / 08: 56

You put it great. I admire people who make money on the blog. It's the perfect combination - you do what you like and you have the money to do it :))

  7. Avatar crazy 24 August 2015 / 19: 58

I think this is a very useful entry for beginner bloggers 🙂

  8. Avatar sypaaa 24 August 2015 / 14: 12

In my opinion, the most important thing is not to focus only on cooperation and write first about what we have known for a long time and is our must have 😉

    • Avatar [Email protected] 25 August 2015 / 05: 28

Exactly so, only after the blog begins to get started, you can think about cooperation.

  9. Avatar E Eś 24 August 2015 / 11: 44

I have been running a blog for three years - the most important is determination and pursuit of the goal 🙂 Humility is also important :))

  10. Avatar Mrs.Rose 24 August 2015 / 11: 38

An interesting and useful entry, especially for people who are starting their adventure with blogging. I love reading various blogs, especially those from various parts of the world, so many interesting things you can learn from these blogs :).

    • Avatar [Email protected] 25 August 2015 / 07: 02

I also love travel blogs. I've been to so many places thanks to such blogs 🙂

  11. Avatar Beauty Land 24 August 2015 / 11: 18

I would wish some companies humbleness, which they think that we bloggers are naive.

    • Avatar [Email protected] 24 August 2015 / 11: 42

This is also a very important point. I once wrote about how the company reproached me for writing anti-advertising to them (sorry, but I couldn't, because their product sucked!).

I was adamant in my decision and as a result I got an official apology in their pages.

meeting deadlines is an important matter, the more things happen in daily life

    • Avatar [Email protected] 24 August 2015 / 10: 30

Definitely yes and I do not understand people who are unable to meet the deadlines and yet can not write that from such or such a situation I can not do it on time. But well ...

  13. Avatar Zzielona 24 August 2015 / 10: 00

Oh yes, blogging has changed dramatically these days ...

    • Avatar [Email protected] 24 August 2015 / 10: 35

What else would you like to hear about this topic? :) I am happy to answer your questions :))

  14. Avatar Lap-STAJL 24 August 2015 / 09: 22

Hello, I think a very useful post, for someone who just wants to enter the blogosphere. I think that self-denial and discipline are the basis, and originality, and putting yourself in what you write, you put. greetings

    • Avatar [Email protected] 25 August 2015 / 07: 01

I often see blogs that are made at one hoof, and the most important thing is to stand out from other blogs, otherwise our blog will die in the crowd.
