Which nail file is the best?

Well-groomed hands are a business card of a woman. And to have well-groomed hands you need to file your nails nicely. What file should I choose for this purpose?
I tested several types and today I would like to share my observations with you.
the best nail file

At first fire will go glass file.
When I found out about its existence, I immediately wanted to test it. I will say right away that sawing nails is not my favorite occupation, which is why I often wear longer nails.
I just don't like the sound that comes out of this procedure. And here is the problem, because when using a glass file, this sound comes out with doubled strength. It annoys me terribly, which is why I use this file very rarely, usually during the final phase (shaping the nail).
- does not tear the nail plate
- easy to maintain hygiene
- is not resistant to falls
- terrible sound when sawing nails
The second file I would like to review is laser file.
The file was intended to be much better than traditional files. On both sides there is a surface that is laser-sharpened.
Apparently he was supposed to keep his focus much longer than a traditional paper file. Unfortunately, either I came across a defective product or it's just not as cool as I expected.
- does not tear the nail plate
- easy to maintain hygiene
- it is not true that it retains its properties longer than paper files
The third one is a paper file.
I use this file most often because it is the cheapest and the sharpest. Unfortunately, it quickly loses its properties. In addition, it tugs the nail plate, which bothers me a lot. It is also not easy to maintain hygiene on such a file, because washing causes peeling of the abrasive layer from the supporting one.
- cheap
- difficult to maintain hygiene
- quickly loses its properties
- tugs nail plate
Despite many disadvantages, my favorite is a paper file. It is sharp, and the sound of sawing it with nails is bearable. When it comes to hygiene, usually a used file simply lands in the basket.

It's best to use professional beauticians.

I use glass for the feet and some paper for the palm of my hand :)
