My ways to "desire for sweets"

I'm not a person who avoids sweets or who dramatizes when he eats a candy bar. He admits without beating that I often eat something sweet at the university. Sweets are not healthy and everyone knows it, so as often as possible I try to replace them with healthy sweets, e.g. fruit cocktails or dark chocolate.
My ways to want sweets

Banana cocktail

Portion for one person, after which you will not feel like anything sweet anymore:
  • 3 bananas
  • a can of coconut water
  • 1 teaspoon from chia seed tea
  • 1 teaspoon of golden linseed
  • 1 teaspoon of good quality peanut butter tea
I cut bananas into smaller portions and pour coconut water on them. I add chia seeds and linseed, and finally a teaspoon of peanut butter. I blend everything. After drinking such a cocktail, I am full for many hours, and in addition I have no desire for anything sweet.

I often drink honey with Piotr in the evening. Why? Because the drunk honey for the evening reduces the craving for sweets. Just one teaspoon (from tea) of honey pour half a glass of warm (not hot!) Water. Mix and drink. It actually works! If you have a problem with too frequent a desire for something sweet - it's worth trying this way.

Healthy bars

Muesli bars from stores are not always healthy, so it's worth making your own. There are many recipes for this type of snack on the internet.
Not only nuts, but also dried fruit can be added to bars. Instead of sugar, I recommend using agave syrup, maple syrup or honey.
It is worth remembering, however, that such bars also fatten. If you are on a diet, be sure to reach for another bar (they really pull in)!
And if none of the above helps - eat something sweet from the store (just in moderation).

I like honey very much, I didn't even know it had such "properties" 😀

Oh ma! I have been drinking honey for 2 years and it is actually better with my immunity.

With the arrival of colder days, I feel more and more sweet. Unfortunately, banana cocktails do not work for me, in such situations I prefer to limit myself to a cube of dark chocolate or make a pudding 😉 Usually it gives advice.

And I'm not a fan of sweets, so it's a bit easier 😀 but I really like making my own candy bars or oat biscuits :))

I usually make some healthy cookies or protein balls. I also often choose a chocolate cocktail - banana, milk and cocoa, or dates 🙂

I am a big fan of sweets, especially chocolate, especially chocolate candies. I conclude that everything should be moderate, so I try to reach for sweets only when I actually feel that I need to eat. I also have a rule not to waste calories. I mean, I prefer to eat something that I really feel like than clog myself with something seemingly smaller that will not give me complete satisfaction.

I, too, when I have a great desire for something sweet, I reach for it. Exactly - you need to be moderate in everything!

As for honey, I have not heard of its properties, but I heard that honey is best poured with water at night and drink in the morning - then it releases all its qualities. My way is to bite pumpkin seeds. It inhibits the craving for everything 😉

    • Avatar [Email protected] 29 November 2015 / 10: 38

Oh look, I didn't know that when it came to honey. But I prefer how warm it is. Perfect for ending the day 🙂

I have such salty things! But it depends on the mood! : 3 These bars! <3 I have to do it! : 3

    • Avatar [Email protected] 29 November 2015 / 10: 37

Do it because it's worth it. Oatmeal cookies are also good. If I find my recipe, I will throw it in. I have not done my way for a long time: D

    • Avatar [Email protected] 29 November 2015 / 10: 37

Well, but the dates are sweet too, honey too. Hehe, you probably mean it must be chocolate?

    • Avatar [Email protected] 28 November 2015 / 19: 15

I recommend linden honey, because it also has a great effect on immunity :)

  8. Avatar Kel Pia 28 November 2015 / 17: 28

I like to reach for dates or dark chocolate (I will not eat and eat more than a row of two).

    • Avatar [Email protected] 28 November 2015 / 17: 54

I don't know if you drank hot chocolate from dates from a Jadłonomia recipe? If not, you must try.

I don't like honey very much. If I can only smell it, I feel sick. In general, I am such a fan of sweets but more salty snacks that probably will not help me 😀

    • Avatar [Email protected] 28 November 2015 / 17: 55

Unfortunately, I prefer salty rather than sweet. And Peter the other way around.

I do not like honey, I do not like these healthy bars 😉 And instead of sweets, I prefer, for example, chips 🙂 I know, I know it even worse.

    • Avatar [Email protected] 28 November 2015 / 14: 15

Unfortunately, I also prefer salty snacks. Piotr, however, is sweet-hearted.

everyone adds peanut butter to cocktails;)

    • Avatar [Email protected] 28 November 2015 / 14: 16

Because it is delicious and diversifies the taste of cocktails! 🙂

I love chocolate, but I try to look at the composition of those that I buy, I do not like such dairy and stuffed with chemistry.

    • Avatar [Email protected] 28 November 2015 / 14: 17

I recently found delicious chocolates in Piotr and Paweł in the bio section 🙂

  13. Avatar Kasia 28 November 2015 / 11: 12

Recently, I've often made a banana cocktail. I also have some homemade oat bars or something. Maybe in the near future I will take care of it and if not I will use the Christmas break for kitchen experiments 🙂

They are actually good ways, healthy substitutes are the best! 🙂

  15. Avatar Milena M. 28 November 2015 / 11: 05

I have often had a sweet toothache.

    • Avatar [Email protected] 28 November 2015 / 14: 18

I guess it's because of this aura outside the window, because unfortunately I also now feel more like sweet. I save my drinking honey for the night.

For great ways :) I support this honey 🙂
