I'm not a person who avoids sweets or who dramatizes when he eats a candy bar. He admits without beating that I often eat something sweet at the university. Sweets are not healthy and everyone knows it, so as often as possible I try to replace them with healthy sweets, e.g. fruit cocktails or dark chocolate.
Portion for one person, after which you will not feel like anything sweet anymore:
- 3 bananas
- a can of coconut water
- 1 teaspoon from chia seed tea
- 1 teaspoon of golden linseed
- 1 teaspoon of good quality peanut butter tea
I cut bananas into smaller portions and pour coconut water on them. I add chia seeds and linseed, and finally a teaspoon of peanut butter. I blend everything. After drinking such a cocktail, I am full for many hours, and in addition I have no desire for anything sweet.
I often drink honey with Piotr in the evening. Why? Because the drunk honey for the evening reduces the craving for sweets. Just one teaspoon (from tea) of honey pour half a glass of warm (not hot!) Water. Mix and drink. It actually works! If you have a problem with too frequent a desire for something sweet - it's worth trying this way.
Muesli bars from stores are not always healthy, so it's worth making your own. There are many recipes for this type of snack on the internet.
Not only nuts, but also dried fruit can be added to bars. Instead of sugar, I recommend using agave syrup, maple syrup or honey.
It is worth remembering, however, that such bars also fatten. If you are on a diet, be sure to reach for another bar (they really pull in)!
And if none of the above helps - eat something sweet from the store (just in moderation).
