Face care - an action plan for getting a beautiful complexion

I have developed a facial skin care plan by frequency of treatment. My goal is a flawless face like a baby's bottom. What will the effects be? we'll find out in about a month.

Once a month

Once a month it is worth visiting a cosmetician for cavitation peeling (approx. PLN 50). It is an inexpensive and very effective treatment. I will not write about him, because there was already a note about him here-Click

Every two weeks

homemade soda microdermabrasion - 3 teaspoons mixed with 2 teaspoons of water (bottled or filtered). We add 3 drops of oil (one that suits our mouth).

Once a week (in which we do not do microdermabrasion with soda)

a) We do peeling. Exfoliation of dead skin is very important. Thanks to this, our skin is soft and smooth.
Peeling evens skin tone, unblocks pores, exfoliates dead skin, reduces fine lines, improves skin condition and smoothes out unevenness.
My favorite peeling is the Phenome sugar peeling (Click). It comes with the addition of oil, which is why I don't have to apply any cream after it.
If you use a regular peeling - without the addition of oil, remember to pat the cream after washing your face.
b) Apply the mask (preferably from algae). Algae can really do wonders! thanks to them, the skin is perfectly cleansed and nourished, and wrinkles are foreign to us.
Get into the habit of applying algae once a week very well. Thanks to this, we will enjoy perfect skin.


a) I start the day with a glass of water to stimulate our body to work. We can add lemon juice or drink apple cider vinegar to the water.
b) Wash the makeup as soon as we no longer need it. It is necessary to wash the makeup before bedtime, and the skin will repay us with a healthy look.
As for me - immediately after returning home, I wash my makeup with AA micellar liquid (Click), and then wash my face with Ziaja's tonic (which was reviewed on Saturday).
Let's also remember to drink water and green tea.
Eat a lot of vegetables, fruits, whole grains, and use milk only for washing your face. Your skin will appreciate it :)

    Don't forget about tonics. Finally, apart from tearing, drying, smoothing, it is important to refresh and moisturize the skin even with a home tonic. Your skin will repay you 🙂

      Of course, tonic is the basis: D, I wash my mouth with micelles tonic. So at the end of the skin cleansing process :)
