You have a wardrobe full of clothes and you still have nothing to wear ?!

slow fashion

Many people asked if I recommend the book "Slow Fashion", which has recently become quite loud (in my opinion for a reason).

I was also persuaded to read this book after one with a blogger praised it to the heavens. I bought the ebook on woblink for 12,99 PLN.
The book was written by a blogger, whom I admit I did not know before, but since I read her book I have become a big fan of her style and fashion thinking. I heartily recommend it blogwhich I literally absorbed after reading the book.

We live in an era where consumerism is at a very high level. Not only do we buy large amounts of food (which are often wasted) but this also applies to clothes.

I have been interested in the subject of minimalism for a long time. I managed to limit the cosmetics to just a few that I really use. The problem was still in my closet. Every morning, when I opened it, I thought that the light trail would hit me. I was accompanied by the words: "I have nothing to wear".
The mistake lay in too many clothes that I didn't wear and that took my place. Today, when I open my wardrobe, I only have clothes that I like and that match. A few things still require minor modifications (sweater with the addition of cashmere from Orsay, which I need to shorten sleeves and narrow slightly, but it was on sale at a discount for PLN 40, as well as a woolen coat for autumn, which I must necessarily rip pillows from my shoulders).
This year, I managed to get two discounts silk blouses from H&M at a great price (both at a normal price would cost me 400 PLN and my husband invented it for 150 PLN!).
But back to the book, it is written in a light language, so you can absorb it in just one day. It took me 2 days to read, and at the end of the book I flew to the closet and started packing clothes in bags to give them back. Nice if you have someone you trust who you know these clothes can be useful for.
It is better to give them to someone who needs them than to leave them at the trash, where there is a good chance that they will be sold for second hand. Because who likes how someone else earns at our expense? I don't think anyone ...
I really liked the cheat sheet at the end of the book, where mixtures of fabrics that are worth buying are described. This cheat sheet has appeared in my notebook, which I always have with me. Thanks to this, I don't have to remember it, although it will probably become completely natural to me over time.
I highly recommend this book to anyone who has a problem with too many clothes and doesn't know how to get rid of them. I also recommend to those who do not know that they have such a problem. It's really a wonderful feeling when you open the wardrobe and find that you only have clothes that you like very much.

My wardrobe has a lot of clothes in it (I don't wear most of them or I have a problem with a nice combination of top and bottom) I think it's time for me to reach for this book 🙂

This is really a great thing. I wrote this information in a notebook and I always look as if I'm not sure if the item has a good composition :)
