Since I started blogging, I have also started to pay more attention to healthy food - one that has a positive effect on our body, as well as skin, nails and hair. Contrary to appearances, what we eat has a very large impact on the functioning of our body.
I will tell you some of my favorites in this matter.
Of course, we are talking about those that are not salted, in caramel, etc.
nuts are fattening (100 g hazelnuts are 640 kcal, pistachios - 590 kcal, Italian - 645 kcal) they contain vitamin B, selenium, vitamin B1, vitamin PP and boron.
In addition, they contain rich sources of fiber, easily digestible protein and unsaturated fatty acids, which minimize coronary artery disease and heart attacks (lower cholesterol), as well as regulate blood sugar levels and stimulate brain work.
That is why the famous nut mix is called the student mix. Eating nuts is recommended for increased brain work, which can be, among others student session.
Walnut, more precisely its shell is used for natural darkening of the hair, which you can read about here: Click here
Pumpkin and sunflower seeds, linseeds
All seeds contain unsaturated fatty acids, which positively affects our body. Especially the work of the heart and digestive system. Pumpkin seeds are also a source of vitamins B1, B2, B3, B9, manganese magnesium, phosphorus, zinc and iron, lecithin.
Pumpkin seeds are extremely helpful in the treatment of acne, hair loss as well as brittle nails. They also improve metabolism, so it's worth adding a handful to salads, yogurt, cottage cheese, etc.
Vegetables and fruits
Vegetables and fruits are a source of vitamins and antioxidants. There will always be red and yellow peppers in my fridge that contain vitamin C, A and E. Peppers are referred to as the source of youth, so it is worth munching instead of not healthy snacks;)
When it comes to fruit, my favorites include grapes, strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, blueberries, wild strawberries and many, many more.
