How to care for your hair

How to care for your hair

Hair care is a topic that has always occupied me the least time. I paid more attention, forgetting my hair. Today it looks different. I care for my hair not only during washing, but also after washing.

A gentle shampoo

Once, I completely did not pay attention to the composition of cosmetics, which is why I used mainly SLS shampoos (even when I tried to choose the best - moisturizing, for dark hair, etc.). When I became interested in the subject of harmful SLS and SLES not only on the hair, but also on the whole body and body, I started to reach for delicate, natural shampoos.
Works best with me Sylveco oatmeal shampoo. I've been using it for several years, and my hair still likes it a lot. I also tried the washing lotion from this company, but my hair was dejected and lifeless.

Hair conditioner / mask

I used to use only hair conditioners and I was not at all worried that the conditioner would not work in a few seconds. Today I know that conditioners and masks need a little more time 😉

I apply the conditioner for a few minutes each time I wash my hair. In contrast, the mask is on my hair once a week for about half an hour.

My hair really likes the mask Pilomax i Biovax for dark hairand also a mask Biovax with oils.

Hair oiling

Oiling is a permanent element of my hair care. Amla works best on my hair (I know, a lot of you can't stand its smell), which makes hair healthy and full of life. In addition to amla oil, I also use powdered amlawhich I put on in the form of a hair mask. I usually put this mask on for about 30-40 minutes.

Remember that amla can darken your hair. If you have fair hair, try e.g. almond or linseed oil.

Darsonval on hair

Many of you probably associate Darsonval only as a device that can be used to fight acne. Darsonval can also be used on hair using a comb. Just set the power and comb through the hair for about 15-20 minutes. Warning! The hair must be dry and no styling agent can be used.

If you don't know what Darsonval is yet, I invite you to this note: click

A few changes in hair care

Every now and then I present to you the changes I make in hair care - looking for the one best suited to my hair.
In today's update I will tell you what I am using so far and what changes I am preparing around next week.I'll start by washing my hair
I use green Facelle intymnet hygiene liquid for cleaning, which works very well on my hair. I experimented with other colors, but this 50 + moisturizes them best. This product accompanies me with the OMO method (conditioner, washing, conditioner), which also my hair really liked. Until I find something even better, I will use this method.
The nutrient I use is a garnier with avocado oil and karite butter. It serves me a lot for now, but the next version will be with argan oil (for comparison, which my hair like more).
I still use modified hair creams (Click) after washing and drying. Unfortunately, this period lasts, when not going out with a wet head will end up with pneumonia, I'm also looking forward to the warmer days so that I can stop drying my hair with a dryer.
I fix the hair lightly with Syoss hairspray (but only on days when I know I will have to wear a hat).
What's new - what awaits my hair in the near future?
This week I should get a package from Bombay Bazaar (Click), which will include sweet almond oil. Until now, I've used amla with adoration, we'll see how the oil works on my hair.
As I mentioned above - next in the queue is a conditioner with argan oil from Garnier.
I want to go back to linseed again (in the form of a hair mask once a week). I am also planning to buy linseed oil, which I intend to drink (a spoon a day). But the start of the treatment is not specified yet, because I do not know when I will be in the store where you can buy it.
That's all when it comes to significant changes in hair care. If you have any questions - write in a comment.
