There is no work? Nonsense! You just can't look for her!

job loss how to handle
When I hear that there is no job, I wonder if we live on the same planet. I go to the first better portal with job offers and see hundreds of ads from the "I will hire" category. That is why saying that there is no job is nonsense. Maybe you can't look for it or you are too absorbed in looking for a job. Relax, I made that mistake too.

Losing a job is a judgment for most people. Lack of money causes us to panic, which is reflected in the effective search for a job.

Work and only work

The first mistake that many people make is that apart from work, they have nothing else. Passion, other life functions, just something that fills the time. Employers like people who have their passions. Do you know what your passion is?
My passion is reading books (mainly guides and books on psychology), blogging, yoga, cooking and meditation. It's something that I devote time to when I'm not working. And why did I devote my time when I didn't have a job? Do you think that my personal development texts are so authentic? Because everything I write about has survived and I had to deal with it.
There have been better and worse moments in my professional life so far. There were months without financial liquidity, there were also those in which we had to borrow money from loved ones to survive. Thanks to these experiences I am where I am.

The biggest challenges after losing a job

Most of my passions are free - I can blog without money (although on the other hand I have to pay for internet to be able to blog, so in 100 it is not free), I can meditate without money (I meditate with the YouTube channel, so if I pay the internet, I can meditate calmly), I can also cook without much money, it is even a bigger challenge when you have a certain daily budget.
I only need money for books, but I happen to have a lot of ebooks waiting to be read. Yoga is a bit worse because I love to practice with a group. However, I also found a way - free classes organized by the city. Interestingly, once a month, my former instructor runs them.

Absorbed in looking for a job

The biggest mistake you can make after losing your job is absorbing this unpleasant event. I made this mistake myself, because only work defined me. However, you must remember to develop your passions, which can be motivation in difficult times.
When I lost my job and had no vision for further professional development, I looked at job offers on 3 websites several times a day. In an act of desperation, I sent my CV for offers that completely did not interest me. After a few days I realized that I already know most of the offers by heart. It was a mistake, because at some point I began to get frustrated and my stress level was reaching the highest mountains in the world.
If I knew then that I am making one of the biggest mistakes, and my actions will not bring the desired results, otherwise it would all look.

Let it go

In one of the books on the organization of time that I recently read, I found a passage that gave me food for thought. When we want love, we are looking for someone who will make us happy. The fact that we are still alone is all the more striking. When we give up, we find love. When we look for a job, we review hundreds of offers every day, get frustrated, and get depressed. When we let go, we suddenly find a job. And you know what ... in both cases it worked for me.
When I gave up looking for love, I met Piotr (interestingly, in his case it was the same!), When I gave up looking for a job and took up personal development, I suddenly got a job offer that suited me in 100%.
I am not saying now that you should stop looking for a job because it will find you. Unfortunately, this is not how it works. Simply respond to offers that interest you 3 times a week, and the rest of the days take care of personal development or your passion. You will see that it will bring better results than browsing the same offers several times a day and falling into a larger hole.

Monday dramas

How do you find a good job?At the thought of Monday, your hair is bristling? On Sunday morning, are you already thinking about the pile of documents on your desk? Do you know that from? Read this post and you'll learn how to fix it.

Time to change the attitude to the job

There are few people who like their work. Most of us treat it as a necessary evil. As something that gives us money to survive (more luxurious or less). For work to be a pleasure - you need to find some pluses in it (even when you think it is totally hopeless).

Take matters into your own hands

If you don't like your job, just change it. The nonsense is an excuse that there is high unemployment, that there are several people in one place. At present there is an employee market, not employers so far. The perfect time for change for the better. If you believe in yourself and your skills, there is nothing to be afraid of - you can do it!
It's not like you used to have a lot of money to start your own business. You can benefit from European Union funding. Such funding can be obtained, among others to set up a business or project development. There are many possibilities, just get interested in the topic.

You have no experience, do not count on the fact that you will get a dream job and earn coconuts (although I know such cases! However, you really need a lot of luck to make it happen).
You have to aim high, but only if you are sure of what you are doing and can prove it somehow.
If you're in college, save time to gain work experience. You can arrange with your employer that you will only be on specific days (when you have fewer classes or on weekends). You can also work remotely, nothing stands in the way, all the more kilometers.

If you don't have experience, don't count on high earnings. Everyone starts somewhere, it's normal. When you gain work experience, you'll have a chance of higher earnings.

Today, you can remotely cooperate with a company that is even a few hundred kilometers away from you. I am an example of this. I live in Gdańsk and cooperate with a company from Krakow. Nowadays, distance is not an obstacle!
Studies are a time worth using. One of the lecturers once said very wise words, "use your study time, do something, show off something." Don't let studies be a waste of time. " With Piotr we took it very much to heart and in moments of doubt we recall these words as motivation.
