Under this post and on our fanpage comments have appeared to not only inform you about the past cosmetic procedures but also about what my daily face care looks like.
Everything had its beginning from cooperation with one of the beauty salons in the Tri-City.
As part of the cooperation, I had the opportunity to get professional cosmetic advice and also test zabiegi kosmetyczne offered by the above salon. Thanks to treatments including cleansing and proper care today I can enjoy the skin in really good condition.
At the moment I can say; finally I won with pimples, blackheads etc. problems.
In my case, the biggest mistake was excessive drying of the skin. In addition, instead of moisturizing the face, I treated it with acids.
What a big surprise for me was that my complexion (which is prone to oily skin) needs moisturizing! I trusted Ms Iwona (a cosmetologist from the salon we worked with). After following this advice my complexion stopped secreting excessively sebum.

What does my daily care look like?

Morning I wash my face colloidal silver, then I apply Sylveco moisturizing marigold cream (a review of this cream will soon appear on our blog). In the evening I cleanse my face with colloidal silver and apply a thicker layer of Sylveco marigold cream. Once a week I use the Bandi cleansing gel from the Young series.
From time to time an unwanted guest will appear on my face. I apply tamanu oil for an hour. The smell resembles broth, but the effects after its application are satisfactory. It is worth applying it even prophylactically several times a week. This will speed up the fight against imperfections.
I noticed a relationship - water and my complexion are not the best combination. That is why I try to avoid it in facial care. As a result, I can finally say with satisfaction that I don't have to cover up my imperfections. During work, where you meet various people during the day, it is important to feel comfortable and good in your skin all the time.

Today I have for you a little unusual post about how to keep youth for longer. Youth is not only a young external appearance, but also important to feel young inside the body. Curious? I invite you to read 29 ways to stay young.
  1. It's worth choosing proper care suited to the skin condition. I do not recommend using a cream for dry skin when you have combination skin. Proper care is the key to success.
  2. Peeling allows you to get rid of dead, dead epidermis, which due to too long lying makes the skin look much older and tired than it is as a result.
  3. The right amount of sleep. It may seem trivial to you, but during sleep the cells regenerate and the body rests. The lack of sleep is immediately visible to the naked eye.
  4. Relaxation is the key to a young appearance. Stressed man looks older. Sometimes it's worth spending one day and relaxing than just thinking about problems forever. Your body will definitely pay back to you with its young appearance.
  5. Appropriate moisturizing. It is not only about external moisturizing (body lotions, olives), but also moisturizing from the inside. It is recommended to drink min. 1,5 liter of water a day. Soups, fruit cocktails, etc. are also included.
  6. Sport. It has long been known that sport is health. This is not a myth, because movement allows you to keep a youthful appearance.
  7. From time to time, you can treat yourself to a cosmetician. Even the smallest cosmetic procedure allows us to feel luxurious and fully relaxed.
  8. Small things can mean a lot. Even the smallest gift makes you feel happy. Reward yourself for things you will do well. Test written on 5? Buy yourself a small thing. You will be happier then, and happiness allows you to stay young longer.
  9. Women who smile more often look much younger, so laugh as much as you can!
  10. Stop worrying. Did something go wrong? Instead of worrying, think about how you can fix it.
  11. Find motivation. A man without motivation is like a fish without water. If you feel you have lost motivation to do something, find a factor that will allow you to enjoy this task again.

  15. Eat healthy. The body into which unhealthy things get packed all the time is aging faster. So let's eat healthy-sprouts, cereals, vegetables ... all this will allow you to maintain a young appearance for longer,
  16. Use sunscreen. We love the sun, but through it the skin ages faster.
  17. Do not hide but instead. Often, women forget about this important issue. Instead of hiding acne, it's worth treating it.
  18. Drink juices and homemade cocktails. Such juice will provide the body not only with the necessary vitamins and minerals, but also is a source of youth.
  19. Use darsonval. Copes well with wrinkles and firms the skin. It allows you to keep your youth looking longer and also get rid of imperfections.
  20. Don't lose weight too drastically, because it will make you look older. If you want to lose weight, do it with your head.
  21. Apply the mask once a week. It is a concentrated cosmetic that can nourish our skin better than more than one cream in 15 minutes;)
  22. Drink herbal teas. Thanks to this, you will not only provide the body with the necessary minerals, but also moisturize the skin from the inside. Properly moisturized skin looks younger longer.
  23. Read cosmetics compositions. Not always cream for 5 PLN. is bad, but it's worth reading the cosmetics' ingredients, otherwise you may find that the cream you like so much is not good for you at all.
  24. Do not believe everything they write on the packaging. Not always what the manufacturer promises is the truth. It's pure marketing. A cosmetic that is supposed to be an ideal is not always the case.
  25. Match your hairstyle. A woman after a visit to the hairdresser seems to be happier (of course, if the visit was successful!;))
  26. Adjust the clothing to your age. At less than 20 you can do anything. However, it is worth maintaining moderation, because the older you are, the simple things you don't have to dress.
  27. Meditate, practice yoga. As a result, you find inner peace, as well as make the body more flexible and calm down.
  28. Do not panic! I know it's easy to say, but sometimes it's not worth getting nervous (someone who has a terrible problem writing it ... unfortunately even the tiniest things can upset me ... but I try to control it). Find a way to upset (e.g. the mantra that you repeat when you are nervous, a song that will calm you down [I recommend relaxing music]).
  29. Be yourself. You are not and you will never be perfect. Love yourself as you are and take as much life as you can :)
